We need 100 lawyers to donate $500 each for us to hit our $50,000 goal and finish this film.
Because they know better than anyone that rights don’t defend themselves.
Why lawyers? Because your voice matters. At a time when drag and LGBTQ+ rights are under attack across the country, it’s critical that leaders stand up and speak out.
Every 45 seconds, an LGBTQ+ young person (age 13-24) attempts suicide in the United States. But when just one adult validates and affirms their identity, the risk drops by over 40%. Support this documentary to help those kids see a community that cares about them.
That’s the power of visibility. That’s the power of representation.
In return, every lawyer who donates $500+ to help us hit our $50,000 fundraising goal will see their name in the film’s credits under a "Supported by These Attorneys" section sending a powerful message.
Donations are tax-deductible through Fractured Atlas.
STEP 1 - WATCH
Watch an in-progress sneak peek of DRAGATHON: Meeting Hate with Joy — the world’s longest drag show turned into a defiant, joyful documentary.

STEP 2 - GIVE
Be one of the legal professionals that supports finishing the DRAGATHON film by donating a tax-deductible $500 to ensure queer kids around the world will get to see this story of defiant joy, unconditional love, and hope.
When filling out the Donor Info section, click the “special occasion gift” button and insert your name, firm, or however you’d like to be listed in the film’s credits.
*Not a lawyer? Still interested in donating? We are incredibly grateful for your support outside the Pride campaign as well. Donors of all amounts are appreciated and those above $500 credited in the “Special Thank You” section of the film.
STEP 3 - SHARE
We can’t hit this audacious goal of $50,000 during Pride without the help of kind folks like you sharing it with others. Would you consider sending this campaign to three people?
But how you ask?
Here are some possibilities:
-On social media (handy image right here for you)
-A LinkedIn post
-The “fun” channel on your Slack team or Google Space
-Text some old college friends the link with your best drag GIFs
-Yell it from the rooftops during Pride Parades!
